A Will is the ONLY document that ensures
that your wishes will be carried out.

Michael Eddison Financial Solutions provides you with the opportunity to review, rewrite or write your Will to ensure that:

• Your property passes to those to whom you wish it to pass; not to those determined by the Law of Intestacy.

• Where your joint estate exceeds £624,000 (2008/09), the Inheritance Tax Nil Rate Band is used at the first death. (This alone can save your beneficiaries £124,800).

• You can, where jointly owned property in excess of £624,000 is your major asset, use the property at the first death to mitigate the liability on the second death.

• You are aware of the currently available Inheritance Tax exemptions, to assist in mitigating any liability on your estate.

While it may be possible to advise clients (who have retained our Lifetime Storage facilities) of legislative changes always remember that a Will is drafted on the basis of the law at the date of Attestation.

of any changes in family circumstances.
