With the rise in the aging population, more complex family structures and the use of more complex trusts designed to protect assets and help save inheritance tax, the Society of Will Writers has launched a new Trust Corporation (“The Trust”) which is aimed to provide a simple, professional and personal Executor/Trustee service at a fixed rate fee.
Clients may benefit from the inclusion, in all Wills, of "The Trust" either as the sole executor and/or trustee, or to work together with the family by appointing the Trust to act in either a joint appointment or as a reserve, whichever way, the family when at its most vulnerable will have the benefit of the Trust’s expertise and professionalism.
"The Trust" aims always to settle the estate as quickly as possible, but without cutting corners and will keep the family advised of progress. You can appoint the SWW Trust Corporation in any Will.
The cost to the estate will be set at the time of death and apart from the normal statutory costs of raising probate and funeral costs there will be no other hidden charges. Currently "The Trust" charge a maximum of 1.9%.
